1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Oink Network application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Virtual Assets & Tokens

OINK tokens and Gems are virtual items used within the app for gamified mechanics. They hold no intrinsic real-world value until the official Token Generation Event (TGE) on the blockchain. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or reset virtual balances in the event of exploits or cheating.

3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against using emulators, macros, automated clickers, or exploiting bugs to gain unfair advantages. Violators will have their accounts permanently banned and their virtual balances forfeited.

4. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
